Milton Housing Authority will open the Section 8/HCV waiting list on June 23, 2025. APPLICATIONS WILL BE ONLINE ONLY.
The waiting list will be open from 8:00 a.m. CDT Monday June 23 until 4:00 p.m. CDT Thursday June 26, 2025.
To apply, you will need the following information:
- Names, birth dates, and Social Security numbers for all household members.
- Total annual income for all household members.
Your household must fall within these ANNUAL income limits to qualify for housing assistance.
